About Me
I’ve always had a passion for babies —
My family and the women in our lives used to call me “Baby Whisperer” before I could even read.
I grew up barefoot in the woods, and I’m pretty sure that’s why my feet are so flat — but also why I’m radically grounded, especially in life’s biggest moments.
At 16, I watched my sister give birth and something inside me cracked open. In that sacred moment, I knew my hearts work.
In my early twenties, I worked as a postpartum doula, supporting families through those tender first days. I stepped away from birth work for a few years to grow my own baby, plant a few seeds (literally and metaphorically), and walk through some big life lessons.
I returned to this work in 2024 a bit wiser, with a few more grey hairs, some more lived experience and an even deeper love for this work.
I’m a boy mom, a dog mom, and a gardener.
I love birth, breastfeeding, cooking, weightlifting, all herbs, yoga, and a good cup of coffee.
My goal is to bring empathy, warmth, and steady support to the families I serve. I aim to create calm, confident spaces where birthing people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My job is to walk beside you — to help you navigate your options, stay centered in your choices, and feel supported every step of the way.
I am here to help you remember:
You are powerful. You always have been.
