Birth Doula Services
Initial Consultation

Let's take some time to discuss your wishes and wants. What information do you need from me? How does your birth plan look? Would you like to create a birth plan together? How can I best support you? What are your preferences, your history, your love language, your triggers?
Connecting with your family before the birth helps foster a bond and a clearer understanding of your desires for the birth. Your needs are my top priority!
Prenatal Care

Based on your insurance or the plan you select, I generally provide 1 or2 prenatal visits. These sessions can take various forms, such as accompanying you to doctor appointments, packing a hospital bag, or establishing a plan for your postnatal period. We can discuss birthing positions or even draft a letter to your family outlining your preferences post birth—it's entirely your choice.
**Please keep in mind that Medicaid typically offers more visits than most insurance providers so this is a general estimate of what you can expect.
**Also, please note that depending on your insurance you may qualify for additional visits. For clients paying out-pocket, I usually provide 1 or 2 appointments.
Birthing support

I am here to support your unique birth experience—physically, emotionally, and informationally.
I definitely went over this on
Oh, and yes! - People do hire birth doulas for support during Cesarean births.
Postpartum Care

1 to 2 postpartum follow-up appointments are available to help you reflect on your birth experience and support you during your recovery.
Postpartum can be overwhelming so I am here to support you and hold your hand while you navigate the rebirthing of you.
We could all use the warm blanket of care, especially after childbirth.
I can offer limited breastfeeding support, maybe a bit of reorganization to make life easier, maybe I can help you find the right way to hold/ bounce the baby, maybe I can make you tea and listen to your life story.
Whatever you need, I am here for you.
**Please note that depending on your insurance, you be eligible for additional visits. For self-pay clients, I typically offer 1 to 2 appointments.
