Paying for Your Birth Doula
Self Pay
At this time, doulas cannot directly bill private insurance plans for payment. You will need to pay for your doula services upfront.

After you complete payment we can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

To secure Llamamma Mothercare, we require a 50% payment upon signing your contract, with the remaining 50% due by 36 weeks.

HSA Billing
If you possess an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Financial Savings Account), you might be able to make direct payments using your HSA debit card.
Please reach out to your company to confirm.
Certain accounts may necessitate paying for services upfront then submitting a super bill for reimbursement.
It's advisable to contact your company prior to paying for doula services.
Sliding-Scale
I am willing to consider sliding scale for families that do not meet medicaid threshold but need a aabit of support. We can consider reduced Doula plans or services also.
Washington Medicaid
I do have a contract with Washington Mediciad.
Birthing Families who have medicaid would have no out of pocket expense.
Please reach out so that I can verify your insurance.
